Rick was born and raised in the Colorado Springs / Pueblo area. He graduated from Colorado College and later earned his juris doctor from the Law School at the University of Michigan in 1985. He has spent almost his entire legal career representing people in personal injury accidents and workers compensation claims. Rick is a member in good standing of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
